Is this ski helmet a good product and worth the money?

and if you have had experience or somethin please help i need to get a helmet for skiing i go down black diamonds and jumps etc. i am almost 12! aug 2 long way but still in the 6th grade ok thx!
Helmets designed for ski racing provide the most protection. Look for FIS approval rating.

If you compare the Triple Eight model to the ones shown on the link above you’ll see the protection goes lower over ears and there are no vents.
Vents are source of structural weakness and point for penetration. Ski race helmets are always smooth to allow head to slide instead of stick. If you head sticks your neck is at risk.
Most helmets are warm enough, but on coldest days I add a thin thermax hat liner.
If you’re going to ski in a park with obstacles I’ll recommend a mouth guard to protect your choppers.
