What to wear with Black sequin shorts (Picture included best answer will be chosen)?

Im going to a music concert on Friday, and I have bought some sequin black shorts like these;

I just have no idea what to wear with them, what shoes to wear etc.

If you have any idea how to wear my hair too would be nice, i have long brown hair

One of my best friends has shorts that are almost identical to those! They are really hot, definitely a good choice in getting them girl
So we were out the other night and she wore them with tights, back-shoe boots, with a white tank top tucked into the shorts. The top had some beige sequin detail on it, and she looked very glam! She also wore a beige cardigan as not to be showing off to much skin.
I have long brown hair too, but I don’t know about you but I like wearing it down – especially if I’m going out! I usually do my hair by straightening it gently from like the bottom of my chin downward, and then I leave the top of it (like above my shoulders) all volumised and wavy – you could back brush it a little, and use some hair spray to make it really volumised, and then leave the rest of it fairly straight and pretty.
For make-up, I would say over stated eyes, kind of, effy-from-skins style, like with eyeliner and smoky eye shadow, and maybe a bit of dark blue eye shadow blended into it? I’m not really certain what your style is but that is how I would wear it!
