Will these bindings fit on my snowboard?

these are the bindings that i want to get but i dont know if they will fit because the board has screws in it so ESP bindings do not fit, which had made me send two back already.
my advice: don’t buy snowboarding equipment on the internet. Go to a store if you can. almost all 2010 burton stuff has the new burton technology. get a 2009 binding and you’ll be fine ( and not broke). I don’t like their new bindings system. I don’t think it responds quick enough.
